This page shows a selection of my designs.

I take most of my inspirations from nature; animal, vegetal or mineral. Then, as I develop an algorithm and adjust the parameters, I often drift away from the original idea so the result does not look so much like what inspired it.

All my designs are parametric; they are driven by an algorithm and some parameters (numbers and equations). Although an algorithm gives the basis for a shape, the parameters are what gives each piece its uniqueness. I try a lot of parameter combinations until I am satisfied with the result. Serendipity is an essential part of my creative process; I like that I sometimes get unexpected but beautiful shapes.
